Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are intended to define the rights and obligations of Nuvellor Store and its customers in the context of product sales through the website https://www.nuvellorstore.com, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and French Law No. 2008-3 of January 3, 2008, on the development of competition in service of consumers.
Article 2 – Acceptance of Conditions
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The customer confirms having read and accepted them prior to placing an order.
Article 3 – Products
The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, errors or omissions may occur. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Our products are shipped from international warehouses located in Europe and Asia, which may result in longer delivery times than typically expected in the local market.
Article 4 – Orders
Orders are only validated after full payment is confirmed. Nuvellor Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer, suspicion of fraud, or abnormal order behavior.
Article 5 – Prices
Prices are displayed in euros and include all taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are indicated separately during the checkout process.
Nuvellor Store reserves the right to modify its prices at any time while guaranteeing the customer the application of the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. It is processed via secure platforms such as Stripe, ensuring the security and confidentiality of banking data.
Article 7 – Delivery
Deliveries are made internationally (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands), with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and the product ordered.

A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped. In case of delivery delays, customers can contact us at support@nuvellorstore.com.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us by email at: support@nuvellorstore.com. A standard withdrawal form may be provided upon request.
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and properly packaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment.
Article 9 – Warranties
The customer benefits from the legal guarantees of conformity (Articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
In case of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer may request a replacement, repair, or refund. The request must be made within a reasonable period after discovering the issue.
Article 10 – Personal Data
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), personal data collected is treated confidentially.
Customers may exercise their rights to access, rectify, oppose, or delete their personal data at any time.

Article 11 – Liability
Nuvellor Store shall not be held liable in the event of non-performance of the contract due to a force majeure event (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.) or an act attributable to the customer.
Article 12 – Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by French and European law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
