All our products are shipped from our international warehouses (Europe and Asia).

Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order in real time.

Delivery Address
Please double-check your address when placing your order. Nuvellor Store is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking number provided via email. The carrier will have the most accurate information regarding your shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed by more than 30 business days or has not been delivered, please contact our customer support. We will initiate an investigation and offer solutions (reshipment, partial or full refund).
Customs and Duties
Depending on the destination country, customs fees or local taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Unclaimed Pickup Orders
If a product is available for pickup at a collection point and the customer fails to retrieve it within the specified time, the order will be considered lost. A new shipping fee must be paid for reshipment.
Incorrect Address
If the order is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, the package will be considered lost. In such cases, the order is deemed fulfilled, and the customer must pay a new shipping fee for reshipment.
Post-Shipment Tracking
Once the order is shipped, all tracking updates are available via the tracking number sent by email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment's progress.
After dispatch, the carrier is solely responsible for the logistics process, so please follow the tracking updates through the provided system.
